In this course, participants will learn how to make the Gao dumplings (also called jiaozi or gyoza) from scratch. There will be 2 fillings, one meat and one vegetarian (vegan possible if requested by the participants). You will learn the entire process from making dough and filling, wrapping and cooking the dumplings. Thereby, we make sure to teach the fundamental principles of how the recipes work so you will be well equipped to make your own variation. We will also explain how to pair and mix your sauce so you can create your personal favorite dipping sauce. At the end we gather to a dumpling feast to taste your own creations.
